Our Valentine's Day

Happy Monday everyone!

I’m sure most of you have the day off today, unfortunately I do not, but wanted to share my Valentine’s day before I trudged off to work. Yesterday was very laid back, simple, and sweet.

I woke up in the morning (uh, afternoon) to a beautiful bouquet of orange roses (orange is my favorite color) and a super sweet homemade Valentine’s day card from Will.

{He even put them in a vase, and tied an orange ribbon!}

{I can’t wait until these bloom!}

{Sorry, the inside is for my eyes only. ;) }

After a little lazy afternoon of watching t.v., browsing the net, and “playing” (more like annoying) with Mochi, Will started preparing his Valentine’s day dinner of Enchiladas, Papaya salad, and even a chocolate cake (that was more for him, he LOVES chocolate cake!).

{Ignore the mess in the background, and our “un-matching” plates. Ha, ha.}

{The satisfied chef! :) }

{a quick “Thank You” kiss}

We ended the evening, eating our chocolate cake with a glass of milk, while watching one of our favorite movies, Prime. It was the perfect laid back Valentine’s day, just about us.

Oh, and about her

{It always starts with a peek around the corner of the couch, and then a soft  meow. About every 5-10 minutes she does this, and an hour before her feeding time. Ya know, she just wants to make sure we don’t forget. ;) }

xoxo….e

    Yes Will LOVES to cook! I’m a lucky girl! ;) Mochi is a pain in the arse, but I love her! She’s sucha chubby chubster! Loved August Rush! We rented it from Netflix not too long ago. Hello!? Major waterworks! Prime is one of our “go-to” movies, if we have nothing else to watch. How was your Vday?
